Only 3 months after 18-year-old soul cat crosses rainbow bridge couple finds void cat with the exact same eye markings and can't say no, their rescue came just in time: 'We couldn't leave her'

Fate works in mysterious ways, but all we know is that fate works hand in hand with the cat distribution system.

As they say, when one door closes, the other opens. You don't have to believe in fate itself to notice the signs of a miracle, or the strangeness of timing that gives meaning to the universe in all its chaos. Souls can replace each other; sometimes it can feel like there's a balance and flow that the universe stays in. Where things can't be too good, but they can't be too bad. In Reddit's r/CatDistributionSystem, the system works hand in hand with fate for a couple that needed a cat but didn't know it. This couple lost their 18 year old soul cat, Tuffy just recently. It was sudden and horrible, but as life would have it their grieving wouldn't last long before it was replaced by something new and loving. In just three months time, they miraculously found another cat. They thought they would wait to bring home another pet but then they saw this little void cat outside while bailing out their dog. What struck them was her eyes, she had the same eyes and a white spot in the same place as their cat Tuffy. Then, to further their surprise, when they let her outside they saw that she also likes to play fetch.

It was then that they knew they couldn't leave her, and everyone loves her so far. Though no one will fully replace Tuffy, they at least got to have another new cat to distract them, and even make them contemplate life in all its big mysteries. Do you believe in fate? I'm not one of those people who thinks, “everything happens for a reason.” But I do feel like there's an unexplainable ebb and flow to the cosmic events that take place. I can't speak for anyone else's life, but I know that mine always feels like I'm watching a movie. Fate does have a way of making us think, at the very least. And sometimes we can use these cosmic findings to have an understanding about ourselves, or life.
